How the cash exchange works
- Message the bot — tell us you want to exchange US dollar cash for euros and the amount.
- Get the rate. We send the current figure, fee included, and fix it for the meeting.
- Meet by appointment. We agree a time and place within working hours.
- Swap. You hand over the dollars, you receive euros in cash.
This is a straightforward in-person deal — no transfers, no waiting on a network. The whole thing happens at the meeting once the rate is set.
Meeting by appointment
We do not run a walk-in office. Cash exchanges happen at an agreed place and time, within our working hours:
Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–15:00.
We cover Alicante and the wider Costa Blanca — Torrevieja, Benidorm, Calpe, Jávea (Xàbia), Dénia and Altea. Tell us your area in the bot and we will find a convenient spot.
Limits and rate
Exchanges start from €300. The rate already includes our fee, so there is no separate commission. We do not post rates on the site — they move with the market, so the live figure is in the bot and we fix it before the meeting.
For larger amounts we may ask a few details ahead of time so the handover runs smoothly.
FAQ
Do you take other cash currencies? On the cash side we work with US dollars. For rubles we work by bank transfer; see rubles to euros.
Is the exchange done at the meeting? Yes. Once the rate is set, the dollar-for-euro swap happens in person, there and then.
Is there a minimum? Yes — €300.
Where do I see the rate? In the bot, fee included, fixed before we meet.
